Hello! We are the culinary students of Dallas college. Our student-led restaurant will be open throughout the semester and is hosted by two collaborating classes. While a lot of us have jobs in the industry, every guest we serve at Bistro 1200 increases our skill and technique. With the current labor shortage and high turnover rates, Dallas College is ensuring a bright future with the upcoming chefs-in-training. We offer a different menu each week featuring varying regional cuisines.
