Bill Miller Bar-B-Q owns its real estate, buildings and operates its own distribution center. The restaurant also offers catering services for family reunion, wedding, picnics, school and church functions. In addition to Bar-B-Q, the restaurant also offers fresh fried chicken and fajitas.
