In November 2007, the first BB's was born on Montrose @ Westheimer with only 12 tables and 1,100 sq ft. It was our hidden gem serving authentic Po'boys and Tex-Orleans entrees, LATE night. The New Orleans style eatery with a unique Texas twist was founded by Brooks Bassler, a University of Houston, Bauer College of Business graduate with a Cajun heart and a Texas soul.
