History
Bambu started as a small Vietnamese Che, Coffee, and Tea Shoppe in San Jose, California. The word quickly spread across the North America of Bambu's incredibly fresh, nutritious, and colorful Che dessert drinks, unique milk teas, bold Vietnamese espressos, blended coffees, and real fruit smoothies. All served with an energetic smile. Bambu Grand Prairie opened in 2014 expanding its footprint and seating in Asian Times Square in 2021 with a fresh remodeling and COVID friendly environment.

Bambu serves Asian-inspired dessert drinks including authentic Vietnamese Che and coffees, boba milk teas, and real fruit smoothies. Besides being both dairy and gluten free, our Che ingredients are prepared daily in our full kitchen from cutting fresh Thai young coconuts and capturing the fresh coconut water and meat, to preparing a fresh batch of Bambu's one-of-a-kind pandan jelly, red tapioca and fresh taro paste.
