The silver pin/clasp on the top is what was replaced

Took a month for them to put a big piece of shiny black leather, with glue seeping out the edges, instead of simply restitching torn seam

The original clasp was black, which I didn't care to much for so this actually worked out. This is the only picture I have of the "before"
