Arrowood Apartments was built in 1980 as an all adult community with four different size 1/bedroom 1/bath apartments and one 2/bedroom 2/bath floorplan. Today we are a friendly family community with a beautiful tropical oasis style pool, fitness center, 2 laundry facilities, business center and activity center. We are in the International District which puts us close to everything.
