History
I have actively sought additional trainings and teachings in the following areas: nervous system regulation utilizing biofeedback, clinical hypnosis, complex trauma and mindfulness. My graduate work in Mental Health Counseling emphasized the importance of a person centered approach, and that continues to influence the way that I interact with, respect and support the adults, children, couples, and families in my practice. At my best, I have an integrated and collaborative approach and am open to learning, growing, and tailoring the content and structure of the sessions themselves according to each unique person's needs.
