Very Stingy on Brisket, also Dry. Good if I had been there a day ahead when it came out of the Gas oven it might be better

This restaurant was opened 22 years ago by Janie and Gary Adams. After they passed away, it was purchased by my wife and I on October 12, 2012. We worked for Gary and Janie on and off for years and hope to carry on their barbeque tradition. Thank you for your continued support! Rickey and Laura Cox
