290 Fitness is a private gym designed to help you achieve your health and wellness goals regardless of where you start. Our goal is to increase an athlete's overall work capacity. We progress towards this through many different sport modalities, including but not limited to: Olympic lifting, kettle bell training, cardio boxing drills, weighted vest training, and other innovative training. These types of training will increase your cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, speed, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and accuracy. What makes 290 Fitness workouts effective? We tailor the workouts to increase muscle density while decreasing body fat. Basically, we provide a foundation to make a stronger, leaner you. Our 800+ calorie burning class(es) will challenge you and leave you feeling more confident, energized, and calm -- you'll be a healthier and happier person once you start exercising!
