History

Built in 1987, we have been giving our residents a place to call home for 25 years. We underwent a property wide renovation in 2008 and now offer selected upgraded apartments. The clubhouse and grounds served as a dairy farm in the early 1900s and offer one of the most beautiuful community entrances in Knoxville. We believe our history and beauty as well as our staff's dedication to making sure that our residents
