With a background in printing and television before starting her own company, her Custom Mail Productions quickly expanded to a full service advertising agency, so in 2005 she retired the coupon program. She also started an organization for local businesses to join together to network with one another and develop community awareness for their businesses. She developed many different types of promotions to increase awareness to shop local.
