Welcome to Tri-Fit Boot Camp. I created this boot camp to help fitness minded people make connections and be held accountable for their fitness journey. I also just like to have a good time with fitness. I enjoy working out, mud runs, 5ks, and adventure so I think we can make a community of fitness-minded people. While I am the leader, I will be as much a participant as I am a trainer so I can't wait to meet you!
Specialties
Full-service, total body, fat loss and strength building program dedicated to helping clients achieve their peak physical and mental condition through exercise and nutrition monitoring. We specialize in 1-on-1 personal training, group training, boot camp style classes. This is a fitness community so everyone can participate. This is open to men and women, and anyone over the age of 18. If it's been a while since you've exercised don't worry, there will be modifications but if you have specific existing injuries, feel free to shoot me a message ahead of time so I can be prepared for you.
