History
In my previous career, I was in the corporate world of software and telecom sales. After 12 years, I became very motivated to help people personally one on one rather than solve their business technology needs. I decided to become a personal trainer at Equinox health club. Soon after, I broadened my scope to helping clients improve their overall health including nutrition, lifestyle as well as fitness. I then started TigerFit as a health and fitness coach.
