Rebalance your body and your mind through Yoga flows and deep stretching, you will feel your body open and your stress and tension melt away. Finish with our Intermediate/Advanced Pole class, focused on building strength, working towards harder tricks, learning unexpected transitions and perfecting your flow. We also offer Open Pole Play for students who have already begun their pole journey and would like additional practice time.
