The Green Hour specializes in the traditional absinthe ritual and features over 15 labels of absinthe from France, Switzerland, and the United States. Experience absinthe the same way it was prepared over 100 years ago complete with absinthe fountain, sugar cube and absinthe spoon. Demonstrations are provided.
