History

We're a family owned steak house located 1.5 miles off Interstate 40's Exit 435. The current restaurant operates in a former gas station, hence the name The Grease Rack.

Specialties

Family owned steakhouse through three generations, since 1972. Tbones, porterhouses, ribeyes, NY strips, filets: all hand-cut. Great seafood, salads, burgers... Great snacks including steak nachos! Craft beer, sangria, $1miller lite draft on Thursdays!! $6 steak sandwiches on Thursday!!! Friendly staff, warm atmosphere, great food and cold beers! Perfect :)
