St. Clair Foods began operation in 1975 in Memphis, Tenn., becoming known for its four signature salad dressings. Since its initial retail offerings of salad dressings, St. Clair Foods has grown to become one of the premier restaurant and foodservice providers in the industry. The company continues to make its Blue Cheese, Honey French, Ranch and Thousand Island brand name dressing and now offers more than 90 different products including classic chilled salads, pasta and garden salads, dips, frozen entrees and side dishes. St. Clair Foods custom-formulated products and private label products continue to be a growing segment of its business. Quality assurance and food safety are the top priorities at St. Clair foods. All the company s products are produced in accordance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) systems that address all reasonably occurring physical, chemical, and biological hazards associated with its processes.
