History
Resilient Health & Performance is co-owned by Dr. Josh Renkens and Dr. Derek Leist. In 2006, Dr. Renkens opened his first facility, The Renkens Center, in Green Hills. Josh's primary services focused on sports chiropractic and injury rehabilitation. Within a few years, The Renkens Center expanded and moved to Bedford Commons. Dr. Leist and Josh met in early 2013, and joined the practice in Green Hills. An additional expansion moved them to Brentwood's Maryland Farms and Resilient Health & Performance was born. Josh, Derek and staff have become leaders in the Nashville and surrounding communities for manual therapy, injury rehab, and training. Their clientele includes professional athletes from the NFL, MLB, USTA, and PGA. Dr. Renkens and Dr. Leist also continue to work with local Nashville universities, including Vanderbilt, Lipscomb, & Belmont.
