We offer quality Real Estate Education with the guarantee that if you for some reason cannot pass your state exam you may retake the course at no cost. Real Estate Training and Education Center has be in business (formerly The Little Red Schoolhouse of Real Estate) since 2005. We have successfully trained hundreds of students in the Tri Cities Region and beyond. Most of those students are still practicing and are still practicing and successful Real Estate Agents in the Tri Cities Region. We are currently certified in Tennessee and currently working on our Virginia Certifications. These course are the required courses to prepare you for the Tennessee Real Estate Exam. These are required courses to sit down for the PSI Exam (see the qualifications link on our Home Page).
