PostModern Spirits in the heart of Knoxville's Old City open 7 days a week produces mindfully crafted spirits for the modern drinker. Visitors can savor PostModern's various offerings in the comfortable cocktail/tasting room or Thursday-Sunday join one of the fun distillery tours and tastings. Now producing several distinct varieties of gin, vodka, liqueurs like chamomile, cacao, elderberry, and bitter orange amaro arancia. Along with our American Single Malt Whiskey developed in collaboration with a local brewery!
