Monolith Tattoo Co. was started in late 2013 by artist/tattooer and Nashville native Zachariah Fincher in the historic Flatrock neighborhood on the south side of town. Offering custom tattooing catered directly to your needs.

Monolith is a custom tattoo shop established in Nashville, Tn by artist Zachariah Fincher 2013. We have 5 artists who each specialize in their own unique styles. Their 50+ years of collected experience covers everything from American Traditional to Japanese, New School, Realism and Portrait tattooing in both color and black and gray. We work almost exclusively by appointment but are always open to walk-in's when we are not busy.
