Memphis University School is a college preparatory school for boys in grades seven through 12. The school serves more than 600 students and offers programs in English, fine arts, history and social studies, mathematics, physical education and religion science. It also provides various programs in foreign languages that include French, German, Spanish and Latin. Memphis University School offers a variety of sports activities, such as baseball, basketball, cross country, football, golf, lacrosse, soccer and swimming. It additionally provides various counseling services that include academic support, alcohol and drug education, personal counseling and enrichment programs. The college also offers programs in college guidance, including information on scholarships and financial aid. The school was established in 1893 and is located in Memphis, Tenn.
