LeAnn Love is a board certified nurse practitioner. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner from Southern Adventist University, Collegedale, TN, graduating with honors in 2006. LeAnn has been providing primary care services for approximately 12 years in Cleveland and the surrounding counties in both outpatient and inpatient settings. She has a strong background in emergency and family medicine. She is passionate about women's health, healthy lifestyle and diet and diabetes management. She is a professional member of: American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, American College of Nurse Practitioners, and American Academy of Cardiology. LeAnn has been involved in several clinical trials studying diabetes and hypertension. She has resided in Chattanooga, Tennessee for the last 30 years, with her husband, Dr. Michael Love.
