History
Started this business as 1 on 1 total fitness but we grew to be more than 1 on 1 we grew to be a family of member and because of that and my love for Jesus the Lion of Judah and being proud of my clients I changed the name to Lions Pride which Pride also stood for the Lions Family which we are a family that will help each other become the best you!!
