Good bodybuilding gym period. Has good equipment and friendly staff. I would recommend this place over a big box planet fatness any day.

Located in a strip plaza off hwy 11 in Lenoir City , TN. Small gym loaded with weights. Rather small and a bit cramped but clean. Not usually crowded and a good place to work out.
