HistoryYoga Harmony began very organically with the seamless meeting of hearts and minds. Over the last five years we have grown together as students, teachers, and friends. In the fall of 2010, a dream of opening a studio was shared. Some would say it was not by chance that at the very same time we found ourselves at a crossroads. We recognized each other's strengths and desire for change. At the end of day, we are just silly (and occasionally funny...well, we make each other laugh) dog loving, raw food enthusiasts, locavore yogis that now have been blessed to share our dream with you! My hope is that you share your dreams, strengths, and seasons of change with us and those around you. You never know how the person on the mat beside you might change your life forever! Our temperature is the same as a traditionally heated hot studio, as is our humidity, but with infrared, it is decidedly less oppressive.
