Reliable Building Solutions, Inc ( RBS ) is a growing multi-faceted facilities maintenance company. Founded in 1992 by Kathy Sok, President as a janitorial service provider in the Chattanooga area, RBS has gone through expansion involving wholesale distribution of equipment and supplies to accompany the full line commercial cleaning services.The head office is located adjacent to TN Hwy 153 near Interstate 75 and conveniently located near the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport in Chattanooga, Tennessee.In 1996, RBS was no longer a family only operation and grew employing other residents of Chattanooga and surrounding areas. In 2001, RBS began its wholesale and distribution of Building Maintenance supplies and equipments and changed the company name to Reliable Building Solutions, IncIn 2003, RBS received certification from a national chemical company ( National Chemical Laboratory ) specializing in stone and other hard surface restoration and maintenance. In 2004, RBS received certification from a national building maintenance equipment company ( Nacecare/Numatic ) after completing technical training on a variety of floor equipment. In 2005, RBS received certification on carpet care to add to the line of services provided. RBS is a current member of ISSA-Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association. Ms. Sok has completed the Chattanooga Area Board Diversity Program in 2005. RBS is a member in good standing with the Tennessee Multicultural Chamber of Commerce and Building Services Contractors Association International, where Ms. Sok is currently serving on the Board. RBS has been certified by the Better Business Bureau as a BBB Accredited Business. RBS is also certified by the state of Tennessee as a Minority Owned Business. Ms. Sok is also proudly serving as the Ways and Means Director of the Executive Women International " Chattanooga Chapter.Today Ms. Sok leads a diverse and strong RBS team with members having many years of experience in commercial cleaning, cleaning product/equipment sales, facilities management, business administration and executive leadership.The majority of RBS customers include property owners, property management companies, utility companies, universities and other educational institutions, government facilities and offices, churches, manufacturing facilities, hospitals, banking offices, real estate offices and construction companies.In addition to its current long line of commercial cleaning services, RBS also specializes in providing GREEN Cleaning Services, Green Seal Products/Equipment and Recycling Services. From Emergency Water/Fire Restoration, Mold/Odor Remediation, RBS has all the tools in providing many building maintenance/cleaning needs.RBS takes pride in its efforts to help improve quality of life for clients by offering resources and programs to assist with development, implementation and sustainability.
