Historic Westwood in Knoxville, TN, is a Queen Anne style home originally built in 1890 by Knoxville's first architectural firm, Baumann Brothers. Once the residence and studio of artist Adelia Armstrong Lutz and her husband John Lutz, the property was generously restored and renovated by Knox Heritage supporters after being donated by the Aslan Foundation in 2013.
In 2022, Historic Westwood was honored by the National Trust for Historic Preservation as one of only 55 homes in the U.S. to be part of their Historic Artists Homes and Studios program. As a distinguished landmark in Knoxville, Tennessee, Historic Westwood continues to offer tours and educational programs to celebrate its rich history and architectural significance.
