Henderson Manor Farm Program

History

The Henderson Manor Farm (HMF) is a family owned and operated 10-acre farm based primarily in Marengo county Alabama. In 2000, the family initiated The HMF program in order to restore the basics of nutrition to the family dining table in rural and underserved communities. The program also invites consumers to open the door to a new and healthy way of eating and supplementing their food supply. Our mission is to teach and encourage consumers to grow herbs and vegetables through container and square-foot gardening. We offer a variety of marinades that showcase the herbs we grow on our farm.

Specialties

The Henderson Manor Farm specializes in Herbal Marinades and Dressing. They tenderize, add flavor and make the most of any meat dish. We also have cookbooks showcasing the use of our mariandes available.
