Fairview High School is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and is a part of Williamson County Schools, which serves more than 28,600 students in kindergarten through grade 12. Established in 1962, the school has an annual enrollment of over 600 students in grades 9 through 12. Fairview High School supports the reading recovery program, which is sponsored by Title I and teaches students to become independent readers and writers. It also conducts 4-H and Destination ImagiNation programs. In addition to its core subjects, the school conducts classes in special education, art and music. Located in Fairview, Tenn., Fairview High School has a counseling department that reinforces life skills in students, such as group dynamics, anger management and self-esteem.
