Host a fabulous and sexy soiree for your bachelorette party, girls night out, birthday, holiday and more! We have a variety of classes for all levels of experience. Start with our Level 1 Pole or Pole Strength and Conditioning to learn pole techniques with proper body and hand positioning while gaining upper body and core strength. Then try our Yoga & Flexibility class, essential cross-training for pole dancers and aerialists to help keep your body healthy and happy. Rebalance your body and your mind through Yoga flows and deep stretching, you will feel your body open and your stress and tension melt away. Finish with our Intermediate/Advanced Pole class, focused on building strength, working towards harder tricks, learning unexpected transitions and perfecting your flow. We also offer Open Pole Play for students who have already begun their pole journey and would like additional practice time. Don't forget about our Pole and/or Chair parties for groups of up to 10 people. What better way to celebrate than a safe and exciting new venture like dancing and twirling like nobody is watching?
