David and Suzanne left corporate America to catch and follow their dream of living a sustainable lifestyle. While raising grass-fed animals they just had to share their love of their farm and clean food.

Dazi Acres is a 27-acre sustainable, renaissance farm in Eastern Tennessee. We raise pastured chicken (broilers and layers), turkey, pork, and beef (and are branching out to rabbit, sheep and duck) using the Polyface Farm as our model. Our chicken is featured in one of Chattanooga's finest restaurants as well as the best Italian restaurant in Crossville. We were recently inspected by the Humane Society's Director of Outreach and Farm Development and will be the first Tennessee farm to be featured by them. At Dazi Acres, we produce high quality, healthy food the natural way. We don't use chemicals, pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, or harmful fertilizers. We are stewards of the land on which we grow and raise food, and we conserve, and in most cases, enhance the land on which we are fortunate enough to farm.
