The meat in the gyro is incredible. I think they take it off the cone and cook it on the flat top with seasonings.

I absolutely love the gyro salad. The salad greens were fresh and light, and the gyro meat on top was seasoned and cooked perfectly. I love their gyro plate with rice as well.
