Clover Bottom Developmental
The Clover Bottom Developmental Center is operated by the Division of Mental Retardation Services, which is a part of the Tennessee Department of Finance and Administration. Established in 1923, the center is a residential and training facility that serves individuals with mental disabilities. The Clover Bottom Developmental Center accommodates more than 140 patients. It coordinates a range of personalized rehabilitative care and therapeutic programs. The center houses Harold Jordan Center, which is a facility that serves offenders with mental disabilities. The Division of Mental Retardation Services is responsible for providing support and services to individuals with mental disorders in the state.
