Battle Rock Krav Maga is a division of Battle Rock LLC, offering realistic and practical self-defense training in the greater Knoxville area and surrounding communities. They believe that everyone should have the confidence to defend themselves and have been blessed with the opportunity to tour and train in Israel with esteemed organizations and former commanders of the Israeli Defense Force.

Krav Maga, meaning "contact combat" in Hebrew, is a military-based hand-to-hand fighting system developed by the Israeli Defense Forces. Continually evaluated and adjusted by the IDF, this battle-proven system welcomes individuals of all ages, sizes, athletic abilities, and experience levels, providing a community of fellow students, coaches, and instructors to support and challenge each other to be their best.
