Chefs Shaun Doty and Lance Gummere created Bantam & Biddy as a southern diner serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to patrons of Ansley Mall in Atlanta, Georgia. The doors of this first location opened on October 26, 2012. Their mission was to provide customers with a casual, family-friendly eatery featuring regional, all-natural and pastured poultry. Comfort foods, a large Gluten-free menu, Handcrafted Cocktails, Espresso, and Fresh-Squeezed Juices combine in one relaxed setting for a new model of the southern diner. Chattanooga is was our first franchised location, and we’re loving it! Being part of a thriving downtown surrounded by the natural majesty of the Tennessee River and countless friendly folks makes the gig city an easy home for us.
