History

Tony Mines founded Art Creations in 1974 after serving our US Army in Vietnam. Our Frazier Avenue location opened in 1987 and our Commons Blvd location opened in 2011. We have been the primary provider of fine and graphic art supplies and 100% archival custom framing in the Chattanooga, TN area. We began providing art classes and parties just a few years ago and love being involved more in art education!
