The American Cotton Shippers Association (ACSA) is a prominent organization in the cotton merchandising trade of the United States. Comprised of Cotton Merchants, Primary Buyers, and Mill Service Agents, ACSA represents four Federated Associations located throughout the cotton belt. Established in 1924, ACSA plays an active role in promoting the use of cotton domestically and internationally, collaborating with other cotton trade organizations, formulating farm programs with producer organizations, and working closely with government agencies.
