Dr. Ethan Levine is a board-certified cardiac electrophysiologist at the Monument Health Heart and Vascular Institute who has a special interest in the diagnosis of cryptogenic stroke. Dr. Levine received his D.O. at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Cardiology at Stony Brook University Hospital in Stony Brook, NY. He also completed his fellowship in Cardiac Electrophysiology at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, NY. Dr. Levine practiced in New York for more than 20 years before moving to the Black Hills. He has written several peer-reviewed journal articles and is the Editor-in-Chief of the Electrophysiology section in StatPearls, a database of medical articles. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology, American Heart Association and the Heart Rhythm Society. In his spare time he enjoys biking, skiing and spending time with his family and dog.
