ADw rks is proud to announce that we are a Google Adwords Certified Partner. To achieve this, we met the required criteria on the current Adwords accounts we manage and also had an employee at ADw rks become an Adwords Qualified Individual. Heather Solberg is a Media Buyer at ADw rks and she recently passed the Adwords Fundamentals and Advanced Search exams to become an Adwords Qualified Individual. We felt it was important to add the certification to show our level of competency and amount of knowledge we can apply to our clients' Adwords campaigns. Jim Mathis takes 1st place for Best Appetizer at the Gourmet Guys fundraiser. The Center for Active Generations has hosted Gourmet Guys since 2002. Men work with friends and family to cook dishes that serve between 700-800 people in order to raise money for the Center. Jim has now represented the ADw rks standard of excellence at Gourmet Guys by winning the 1st place prize three years in a row. The District 14 ADDY Awards are given to the Best of the Best for advertising created in Northern California and Nevada, including the San Francisco, Oakland, Sacramento, Reno and Las Vegas metro areas. The District ADDY Awards are the second tier in the three-tiered national ADDY Awards Competition. The national ADDY Awards Competition is conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation and is the only creative awards program administered by the advertising industry for the industry. Over 60, 000 entries are received annually by the American Advertising Federation's 200 member clubs. Mathis has judged more than 40 creative competitions around the country over the last 15 years. It's great opportunity to stay in touch with new ideas in the industry and to represent Sioux Falls to the rest of the country Mathis said.
