HistoryIn August of 2001, Gary & Jody Butler purchased a small sign company called Realty Advertising which specialized in commercial real estate sign services. They began in 1974 by servicing just one local real estate firm. With that humble beginning the company now services many of the local firms on a weekly basis. As the company began to grow, another opportunity came to purchase a sign provider to the industry of manufacturing a specialty sign that is sandblasted which is a custom hand-made dimensional sign. With the purchase of Capitol Design, we could now provide a service to our local customers, but also to customers across the country with an internet based business.
