Founded in 1951, The Waggoners Trucking began as a single-truck operation that transported eggs from the Waggoner family farm in Centerville, Iowa. In 1958, the Waggoner family identified a great business opportunity and switched from hauling eggs to transporting oversized and heavy equipment. Lumber and grain were later added to its transportation list. In 1987, The Waggoners Trucking established its Automobile Transportation Division, which quickly grew into the company s leading division and established The Waggoners Trucking as the largest family-owned, non-union car hauling company in the nation. Auto manufacturers, such as BMW, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Honda, Hyundai and Nissan trust Waggoners to deliver their vehicles safely and on time. The Waggoners Trucking maintains more than 30 terminal locations throughout the United States, including one in Greer, S.C.
