Tunnel Vision Mural is a stunning and realistic mural located on the wall of AgFirst Farm Credit Bank in Columbia, SC. Painted by artist Blue Sky in 1975, the mural depicts a highway disappearing through a mountain tunnel, creating an optical illusion that tempts viewers to drive into it. The mural is so lifelike that it is often mistaken for a real tunnel, and it has become a popular attraction in the downtown business district of Columbia. In addition to the Tunnel Vision Mural, Blue Sky also created a sculpture called Busted Plug Plaza to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the mural. Located on the Taylor side of the bank's property, the sculpture adds another artistic element to the area. Another mural by Blue Sky, titled "Light at the end of the Tunnel," can be found at Hampton and Bull Streets, representing the world on the other side of the tunnel in Tunnel Vision.
