Giorgio Todisco grew up in the kitchen. Watching his mother and grandmother prepare food for friends and family in Bergamo, Italy set him on the path that led him to Trattoria Giorgio. After studying at culinary school in San Pellegrino and cooking in restaurants all over the world, he decided to bring the Italian cuisine he grew up with to Greenville. Since then we've been serving Giorgio's recipes in our Main Street trattoria with all the simplicity, romance, and tradition of the food he's always loved.
