Got some Scottish salmon from Tate's for dinner. Skin side down. $19/lb.

Wagyu trip tip, tomahawk ribeye, pork belly baby back ribs, and their triple B burger mix.

Skin kinda came off. Probably user error. Still tastey.

Heavily aged, heavily marbled Angus/prime/wagyu offerings are our specialty, but our chicken, pork and seafood are out of this world. Also have veal osso bucco, A grade foie gras slices, venison, etc.
