In March of 2010, SO Cool Italian Icee was birth here in Sumter, SC. It was a start up business for the owner's 15 year old daughter that was eager to work, but wasn't old enough to do so. Being raised in Brooklyn, NY, Tina new the perfect kid-friendly treat to offer besides the pre-existing
