Remount Baptist Church, affectionately known by its parishioners as RBC, is led by Pastor Dr. Joe Traynham. The church's worship facility is likely one of the most recognizable structures on Remount Road, with a light limestone brick facade, towering steeple, huge stained glass windows and multiple stone columns. The church and its congregation also participate in the Angel Food Ministries program, a charitable cause that provides food to more than half a million families each month. The church also runs a full-scale professional daycare center for parishioners.
