Perrone's is the place for steak! We dry age our usda prime beef in a state of the art dry aging cabinet. We also specialize in Sous Vide cooking. Fresh proteins, never frozen. Local fish, chicken and beef, wild only salmon in season. Berkshire and Iberico pork. Organic, all natural, no growth hormones, no additives. Many gluten free choices. We are all about quality. Our bar program is hands down the best in the area, over 60 classic and modern craft cocktails, barrel aged cocktails and a ridiculous liquor selection. Great beers and an award winning wine list with a Coravin 'by the glass' selection and a champagne 'by the glass' selection utilizing a Perlick preservation system.
