History
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Our program at Pale Horse CrossFit in Charleston delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

5500 SQ FT FACILITY Who We Are Pale Horse CrossFit is a CrossFit-dedicated gym located in downtown Charleston (Crosstown area). We are conveniently located 1/2 mile north of the Ravenal Bridge and off of Morrison and Brigade St in a warehouse complex with free parking! The primary focus of our businesses is health and wellness. Whether you are healing from an injury, working on basic fitness, or trying to excel to your next fitness goal we are the facility for you. Pale Horse CrossFit provides a high-intensity core strength and conditioning program that focuses on all ten components of optimal physical fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. We offer group training classes and private personal training when needed. Our group training sessions integrate techniques and skill work with highly varied, challenging workouts. Members new to CrossFit will go through a series of one-to-one personal training sessions that provides CrossFit fundamentals and focus on individual guidance and coaching tailored to the individual's needs and goals before joining the group classes. What We Believe We are a different breed. We get excited about things most people avoid. We train hard, harder than we ever thought possible. We train with intensity and purpose. Total exhaustion after a workout is appealing, hence our gym motto 'Outwork Death'! We strive for performance and take pleasure in small victories.
