North Shore Realty began when several condo owners approached Scott to help with rentals in the North Myrtle Beach area. North Shore started in a small room on property at Crescent Towers I. We moved from Crescent Towers I to Madison Dr over 15 years ago and are located near every unit we rent. Our business is a small family owned business.
